Shopping Process

Step 1. Buyer enquires stock status. Drop a note on SMH Forum or send an email to: edendress21@gmail.com.
Step 2. Buyer & EdenDress confirm order and stock respectively.
Step 3. Buyer makes payment.
Step 4. ED processes order. For limited stock, allocation is based on time of payment received by ED as per bank record. If item is Out-Of-Stock (OOS), buyer can either (1) get a full refund, (2) wait for re-stock (takes 2 weeks) or (3) get another item of same price.
Step 5. ED delivers order. If payment is received before 3pm, delivery will be the next day. Else, it will be the day after, except for Saturday where delivery will be made on Monday.
Step 6. ED notifies buyer via email of delivery.
Step 7. Buyer receives order.
