Delivery

Delivery is by SingPost Standard Mail unless otherwise stated.

Parcel usually takes 2-3 days from day of delivery to reach customer.
If parcel is sent on Friday after 10am, it can take up to Tuesday to reach buyer.

For Registered Mail, please add $2.25 to the final bill.

Refund & Exchange

100% refund will be made when item is OOS. For exchange, we will allow one time per customer. Other than manufacturing defect where we will pay for outgoing postage, customer is to pay for 2-way postages to be incurred. Exchange is also subjected to returned item being in good sellable condition. There are a lot of greys and inconveniences in exchange. As far as possible, please check the measurements closely. Size Measurements

1. Please check the sizing using the measurements provided.
This is important as exchange will be costly (you need to pay for 2-way postage). See notes on Refund and Exchange.

2. Please note that a difference in 2cm for some types of material is an acceptable range. You should accept this before buying.

Shopping Process

Step 1. Buyer enquires stock status. Drop a note on SMH Forum or send an email to: edendress21@gmail.com.
Step 2. Buyer & EdenDress confirm order and stock respectively.
Step 3. Buyer makes payment.
Step 4. ED processes order. For limited stock, allocation is based on time of payment received by ED as per bank record. If item is Out-Of-Stock (OOS), buyer can either (1) get a full refund, (2) wait for re-stock (takes 2 weeks) or (3) get another item of same price.
Step 5. ED delivers order. If payment is received before 3pm, delivery will be the next day. Else, it will be the day after, except for Saturday where delivery will be made on Monday.
Step 6. ED notifies buyer via email of delivery.
Step 7. Buyer receives order.
